I am currently working on a complex article concerning Kewaunee County's approach to solving strategic area broadband coverage. 

I have written about this in the past, but now the County is getting close to making one of the biggest blunders in their existence.  Unless their current plan is changed, they are about to "WASTE" nearly $2,000,000 tax payer dollars on a scheme that won't work.
