Currently Ron is running Heuer Consulting LLC and is consulting for companies in Canada and the U.S. with regard to dynamic packaging and packaged travel distribution.  

Prior to consulting Ron held numerous senior management positions and directed companies that developed and distributed travel vacation packages.  Most recently, Ron was SR. Vice President, General Manager, The Holiday Network, Thomas Cook, N.A. (Toronto Canada), Prior to joining Thomas Cook as VP/GM of DFW Tours, Ron was President of Maupintour, an Escorted Tour Company based in Las Vegas, NV.  Other highlights of Ron’s career include; President, Pleasant Holidays, President of Universal City Travel Company and Senior Vice President of Sales for Universal Studios in Orlando Florida.  

Prior to Universal Studios Ron was Executive Vice President / Chief Operating Officer, Funway Holidays Funjet Orlando Inc. (Mark Travel), Vice President Tour Operations and Development at Premier Cruise Lines and Vice President General Manager of Thomas Cook Vacations. 

Throughout his career, he was a leader in the travel industry creating new and innovative approaches to marketing and product distribution.  USAir Vacations, Southwest Airlines FunPak Vacations, Destination Universal and related Services, are a few of the innovated products and services that Ron Heuer initiated, started and operated

Living the dream, had a great career in the travel industry, now, in addition to my consulting business I am involved in local politics and serving as District 12 Supervisor of Kewaunee County.

I am married to a beautiful, supportive wife by the name of Gina.  We have a lively border collie by the name of Tasha who really keeps us entertained daily!
